To submit a card:
1. Select your new card in MSE.
2. Export it using the default name and file type.
3. Make a new thread in this category.
4. Name it the Design Skeleton ID your card will take, then a playtest name, followed by Submitted.
5. Your post should include the card's image, possibly a description, and a link to the card's art.
5. After everyone on the team has gotten to see and comment on your card, it will either be scrapped or approved.
Finished Thread
After a card is approved, it will be added to the Global Design Skeleton and the MSE file.
