 Instant-speed tap a guy, but also allows you / a teammate to tap your own guy to freeze the target. Was bouncing between making this cost 1U or U, but I figured it's a little like Rush of Ice. ArtAttachments:

This card seems really strong. I think you should bump it up to 1U. We could always dial it back down if it's a little too weak in playtesting.
